Job Description:
This is an onsite position requiring relocation to northwestern Vermont. The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with client and site personnel, and driving a team of mechanical engineers and designers. Primary duties include establishing design requirements, producing construction documents, and managing a team of engineers and designers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design project delivery processes, with 5 years of experience. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as leadership experience. In addition, they will have a proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD software, and be able to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
