Job Title : Staff Architect
Job Type : 12 month contract
Pay range : $80 - $90 per hour
Summary :
As a Staff Architect in A&FE, you will help inspire magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of entertainment and create innovative built environments. You will collaborate to develop ideas into physical reality, supporting a wide range of projects including attractions, hotels, entertainment venues, and more.
Responsibilities
- Review project concepts with internal stakeholders and partners
- Develop project scopes of work and create RFPs for external Architects / Engineers / Consultants
- Coordinate with Facility Assessment Management (FAM) partners to review scope, schedule, and budgets
- Manage design and development of project construction drawings and specifications
- Lead design reviews and meetings
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and statutes
- Update stakeholders on project developments
- Develop, maintain, communicate, and enforce design guidelines and standards
