Our client, a well-known theme park and resort, is looking for a Staff Architect to join their team for a 12-month contract in Anaheim, CA. Join the Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) team to help design, sustain, and enhance attractions, hotels, shops, and more. As a Staff Architect, you’ll serve as an Architectural Owner’s Representative, managing external design teams and ensuring projects meet standards, codes, and stakeholder needs. Responsibilities :
- Oversee project design from concept to construction, coordinating external architects / engineers.
- Ensure designs align with standards, codes, and long-term maintainability.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and RFPs for external consultants.
- Lead design reviews, stakeholder updates, and city compliance coordination.
- Provide technical expertise, problem-solving, and quality assurance for diverse projects.
