POSITION SUMMARY:
Revolv Manufacturing Payroll Specialist is accountable for performing biweekly payroll processing and clerical tasks related to payroll along with a variety of support functions. The position is also accountable for maintaining related finance records for all Revolv Manufacturing Companies subsidiaries.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Payroll processing
- Garnishment/Levy adherence
- Payroll reconciliation to GL
- Reconcile monthly benefit statements
- Reconcile quarterly and year end 941s
- Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions in the UKG system for taxes, benefits, and other deductions
- Reconciles payroll to the general ledger
- Maintain electronic payroll records
- Issues, or reissues, physical or replacement checks or direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge
- Maintain required tax forms
- Assist with AR & AP Processes
- Maintains company credit card processing
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support various audits, as needed
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of the organization
- Other duties as assigned

- Skilled in use of personal computer and various software – esp. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and ERP systems
