Key Responsibilities of the Position
- Design, develop, maintain and optimize robust APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between the backend and frontend applications.
- Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable system architectures that support current and future needs.
- Implement robust security measures; including, but not limited to data encryption, authentication, and authorization protocols.
- Follow established coding standards and best practices to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews.

- Quickly identify and resolve backend issues, working to improve system reliability and performance.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of backend processes, APIs, and system architecture.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of applications and data flow.
- Lead as needed and participate in security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback to peers and consultants.
