About the Role
We are seeking a founding member for their Wealth Tech B2B Sales Team.
You will be paramount in establishing a repeatable sales process and bringing their Wealth Platform to market.
This role reports directly to the CEO and has clear leadership opportunities as our Wealth Tech team grows and scales within the company. There is significant traction which you will build upon.
The Platform matches pre-qualified prospective clients to Financial Advisors and streamlines the process of client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing investment management all in one platform.
As a foundational Account Executive on our Investment Platform team, you’ll be responsible for :
- Developing an in-depth understanding of The Wealth Platform's lead generation service and investment platform to effectively communicate its value proposition to prospective advisory firms.
- Utilizing consultative sales techniques to educate advisors, guide them through the purchasing process, and facilitate the acquisition, retention, and expansion of Assets Under Management (AUM) business.
- Acting as a liaison between advisors and our product team, collecting and relaying feedback to drive continuous improvement in our platform and align with the evolving needs of advisors and their clients.
- Driving measurable results by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly performance goals, contributing to revenue growth, and participating in the development of a scalable and predictable sales process.
- Working closely with marketing to develop and execute promotional materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of The Wealth Platform to financial advisors.
- Representing the company at industry conferences and events, networking with potential advisory firms, showcasing the platform, and generating leads to expand our client base.
