In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with real estate agents and brokers to promote our innovative home warranty products. As an outside sales professional, your day will be spent meeting clients, attending industry events, and generating new business leads.
Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you'll assess the needs of real estate professionals and present our home warranty solutions as essential offerings for their clients.

- Shift : Full-time 8AM-5PM (Monday - Friday)
Compensation : Salary $50,000-$75,000 DOE Commission Bonus

Full-time, home-based remote business management and daily travel within the defined territoryDevelop and nurture long-term professional relationshipsProactively reach out to and schedule meetings with real estate agents, brokers, and other referral partnersEngage face-to-face with members of the real estate community and business networkEducate clients about the advantages of home warranties and their integration into real estate transactionsDeliver presentations to showcase our product features and value propositionMaintain a robust pipeline of prospects and effectively manage the sales / partnership processUse our CRM software to track activities, customer interactions, and maintain daily tasks, appointments, and activities vital for staying organized and meeting sales objectivesMeet or surpass monthly / quarterly sales quotas through new business generationQualifications :
