This 80-employee, Series A firm ($46 million in funding), which was recently awarded a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is seeking SDRs to generate net-new meetings with K12 schools and school districts of all sizes. This role reports to the SDR manager, and is based in their Manhattan office near Union Square.

Role
* Individual contributor role, working from their Union Square office four (4) days each week.
* $60k base salary, $100k OTE. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and superb professional development opportunities are all part of the package.
* We’re seeking a top-performing SaaS SDR who is looking for that stepping stone into an AE role. 6 months to 2 years of B2B outbound experience is required.

* The titles you will call into include Superintendent, Director of Curriculum, Director of Instruction, and Director of Finance.

Official Job Description
Location: On-site in New York City
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers, generate new leads, and set meetings for the sales team through a mix of cold calls, and emails
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to position our product effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in HubSpot
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings set
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of SDR or lead generation experience in B2B
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- A strong interest in the education sector and a desire to make a positive impact through technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wide team
Bonus Points:
- Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or other GTM sales tools
- Prior experience in education technology or a similar industry
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
