Responsibilities :
As an LPN, you’ll provide skilled nursing care in nursing homes and long-term care facilities , ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care. Your duties include :
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting any changes to RNs and physicians
- Providing wound care and other nursing interventions
- Assisting CNAs in delivering patient care
- Ensuring accurate documentation of medical records
- Educating residents and their families on health management
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment following facility protocols
