Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Product Marketing Manager for our Clinical Analytics solutions, someone who combines storytelling, strategic insight, and a results-oriented mindset. In this role, you will be the lead champion for our Clinical Analytics solutions powered by advanced scientific business intelligence, serving as both a subject matter expert and product evangelist. This is a fully remote role!
Overview: Role & Responsibilities
Content Generation

Messaging & Narrative Development:
- Create compelling, clinical analytics–centric marketing content including presentations, demos, and competitive positioning materials.
- Develop clear and engaging narratives that articulate the unique value proposition of our Clinical Analytics solutions across various customer use cases.

Marketing Programs & Thought Leadership:
- Collaborate in planning and executing marketing programs—such as events, webinars, and thought-leadership pieces—that highlight clinical analytics.
- Innovate new ways to share scenario examples and product demos with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Content Assets for Multiple Stakeholders:
- Build a robust library of core and technical content designed to support customers, partners, and field teams.
Subject Matter Expertise & Product Evangelism

Product Expertise:
- Become Revvity Signals’ go-to expert for Clinical Analytics, developing deep knowledge of the product and its applications across diverse customer scenarios.
- Serve as an evangelist and occasionally a spokesperson, articulating the benefits of our solutions in front of customers, partners, and internal teams.

Market Strategy & GTM Leadership:
- Define and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Clinical Analytics solutions including planning, timelines, and performance reporting.
- Integrate market insights into cross-company GTM motions and partner with business planning teams to evolve our business model.

Product Evangelism:
- Uncover new market opportunities by developing innovative narratives and scenarios that engage untapped audiences and drive sales.
Customer Engagement & Advisory

Customer Advocacy:
- Lead a Clinical Analytics–centric customer advisory board, ensuring that customer insights drive product and marketing innovation.
- Engage with customers to develop case studies and ROI analyses that validate the business impact of our solutions.

Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with enthusiastic scientific references and thought leaders within the clinical development community.
Sales & Market Enablement

Internal Enablement:
- Lead training sessions and internal enablement initiatives to educate sales teams, Field Application Specialists (FAS), and other stakeholders on market positioning, solution capabilities, and customer workflows.

Field Support:
- Participate in sales engagements to collect real-time intelligence on customer needs and objections, and provide on-demand support for clinical analytics–centric content requests.

Market Trends:
- Keep a continuous pulse on market trends and competitive landscapes to refine messaging and strategy.
Product Management Liaison

Market Feedback Loop:
- Act as the “eyes and ears” in the market for the product management team, relaying customer insights, identifying gaps, and raising concerns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Ensure that product development is aligned with market needs and that any insights from the field are effectively communicated within the organization.
Candidate Profile:

Basic Qualifications:
- Master's Degree AND
- 10 years of professional experience in enterprise software, technology, or consulting environments AND
- Experience within the clinical trial date management/clinical development market is highly desirable AND
- Experience with Spotfire, JReview or other clinical data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in a scientific discipline
- Marketing experience
- Exceptional ability to convey complex value propositions and insights.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for market success and a passion for enabling others.
- Polished presenter with executive presence, capable of serving as a trusted advisor to research scientists, managers, and executives.
- Sharp analytical skills, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a dynamic, confident personality and a creative, strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Prior customer facing experience and direct interaction with customer teams is preferred.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to work directly with global customers (periodic domestic and international travel as conditions allow).
