What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate EHS Program Manager position at Revvity?
We are seeking a Corporate EHS Program Manager to drive our EHS programs and compliance at a corporate level.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitate, lead and measure EHS Corporate KPI’s.
Develop, implement, and drive EHS corporate strategy.
Support EHS initiatives for commercial teams worldwide.
Drive continual improvement in corporate EHS programs, policies, and training.
Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to Regional EHS Leaders to drive strategic plan.
Designing, facilitating, and helping sites and teams identify & implement change initiatives that improve EHS across the organization.
Owning and facilitating operating rhythms for EHS initiatives to keep teams on task, target, and timeline, while communicating clearly and regularly on progress and status.
Identifying EHS best practices and provide lessons learned and key findings to departments with recommendations for changes.
Reporting progress and status on projects, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to site leadership.
Identifying and communicating project scope and ensuring program milestones and objectives are met.
Ensuring and facilitating effective cross-functional communication.
Coordinating project schedules, monitoring budgets, and assigning tasks.
Keeping management informed of key issues, changes and help needed which may impact expected business results.
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in EHs, Science, Engineering or related field
7-10 or more years of professional experience in EHS, including managing corporate initiatives or program roll-out / projects management.
20-25% Travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience program managing multiple complex projects across cross-functional, global teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
This position will collaborate with stakeholders globally and may be required to support projects/priorities/meetings during non-standard working hours
Passion for the areas of EHS and ready to make an impact
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with dynamic priorities and deadlines
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment while maintaining positive and productive working relationships across a broad range of people and groups
Ability to problem solve a variety of issues with key stakeholders

Advanced knowledge in SW tools for collaboration and project management

Ability to manage priorities and stay on top of critical responsibilities
