Your role in our Mission The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with the Director of Strategic Enablement and other senior leaders to design, plan, and implement a full company scorecard and functional metrics. You will collaborate with the Technology and Finance organizations to ensure accurate data and efficient maintenance of these. The role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and initiative to drive organizational alignment.
Some of Your Responsibilities, Core Duties and Skills will include :

- Design, plan, and implement a full company scorecard to track and measure performance.
- Collaborate with functional leaders on identifying and tracking metrics.
- Partner with the Technology organization on data management initiatives.
- Work closely with Finance on financial-oriented metrics, such as support cost / completion.
