You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, leading the program implementation process for new clients and then managing your assigned programs to exceed client and company objectives. The candidate should have a strategic and analytical mindset, possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks with deadlines, be detail-oriented and be a strong customer advocate.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Leads the program implementation process for new clients
- Work internally with sales, creative and technology
- Create the program rules, content and adequately tests and trains prior to launch
- Manages a portfolio of clients to meet client and company objectives
- Client objectives may include : employee retention, productivity, adoption, etc.
- Company objectives may include : retention, revenue growth, up-sell, etc.
- Facilitates client status meetings and works action items to completion
- Provides ongoing recommendations and best practices to clients, including new products and services
- Documents program configuration and changes in company records
- Acts as point of escalation for any customer service issues from program members
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
- Regularly pulls reports and analyzes data for clients
- Develops training materials for client use and maintains materials with version updates
- Builds case studies with marketing focused on the client’s situation, solution and results
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
