SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Administrative Assistants provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for answering telephones and delivering messages promptly
Responsible for greeting visitors at the front door in a respect and pleasant manner
Making sure the copy machine is filled daily
Taking inventory and ordering office supplies
Processing invoices on a weekly
Assist Management and Supervisors as needed with projects, correspondence, etc
Assist Sales Assistant with Human Resources
All other duties assigned by supervisor
Attend meetings as needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/ Some college preferred
Computer literate; Skilled in Microsoft Word, and Excel
Ability to maintain and schedule event calendars
Excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to work and communicate well with others
Excellent customer service skills

SAFETY
Follow all office safety regulations
Follow all area/machine center specific regulations
