Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts and components, offering expert guidance and product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and strong customer retention.
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing replacement parts and solutions based on their specific equipment and operational needs.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, managing the full sales cycle from quote to delivery.
- Collaborate with the customer service and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment of parts orders.
- Stay up to date on product offerings, pricing, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with parts purchases and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for parts and services, contributing to overall revenue growth.
Job Requirements and Qualification:
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in parts, equipment, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of parts and components, with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and offer solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, warehouse) to ensure seamless order processing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
