What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist/Bar Coordinator position at Reyes Beer Division?
Position Responsibilities :
- As a Customer Service Specialist, you will answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- You will make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow-up, and communication
- You will interact with multiple business locations to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner, and that all location-specific policies and procedures are followed
- You will serve as a customer service liaison, communicating with each Business Unit to provide information for daily business functions
- You will provide a high level of customer service in accordance with each customer's issue or request
You will be responsible for managing Tiger Joe’s Pub including bar appearance, rotating product, event planning, and cleaning
As a Customer Service Specialist / Bar Coordinator coordinates additional bartending coverage and service as needed in a professional and courteous manner
Required Education and Experience :
Must be at least 21 years old
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree
