About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Reyes Beverage Group. In this role, you will manage the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- You will work closely with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of financial activities.
- Assist with the weekly and month-end close accounting processes, ensuring completion of all related checklists and supporting various AR activities.
- Process transactions, maintain organized filing for all AR and deposit documentation, and issue credit notes.
- Support the Finance and Sales teams with customer credit requests and assist with audit documentation.
