Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations and Training Manager to join our team at Reyes Beverage Group.
This key role is responsible for collaborating with business units across California to identify best practices, drive performance, and optimize the use of sales tools in the market specifically related to Spirits.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key resource by implementing continuous improvement opportunities and providing analytics for measuring and reporting sales performance results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to identify best practices, drive performance, and optimize sales tools.
- Implement continuous improvement opportunities and provide analytics for measuring sales performance.
- Execute best practice Go to Market strategies through comprehensive training programs.
- Liaise between sales and other organizational units to ensure effective onboarding and training.
- SUPPORT SALES DEPARTMENT WITH STRATEGIC GO-TO-MARKET INITIATIVES: Sales Process Standardization, Analysis & Measurement, Training and Development, and Customer Segmentation.
- Travel up to 75% of the time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 8 years of specific experience.
