Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Deductions Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving deductions for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring timely closure of all deductions, and managing and processing deductions to reach final resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve deductions for assigned strategic accounts, dispute any invalid deductions, and ensure timely closure of all deductions.
- Work with internal and external partners, as well as Logistics teams, to address or dispute deductions on customer accounts by supplying Accounts Receivable (AR) and deduction-related documentation and support to auditors.
- Identify trends and implement ways to mitigate invalid deductions to ensure full revenue is recognized.
- Ensure accurate reserves are established at month-end close to reflect the true collections risk, and provide weekly and monthly reports to management on customer accounts as required.
- Regularly communicate with the company's sales team and customer contacts to provide the necessary information for uploading to customer portals and the company's SAP system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience.
