What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation Supervisor position at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling?
Job Duties :
- Assists with completion of and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and develops sanitation standard operation procedures
- Developing work schedules, measuring performance, and monitoring historical trends is a responsibility of the Sanitation Supervisor
- Conduct safety training on company Management System Procedures and work instructions to comply with OSHA regulations
- Maintain all pertinent records, reports and paperwork as needed partnered with production and maintenance resources to meet plant objectives as the Sanitation Supervisor
- Develop Sanitation Standard Operational Procedures (SSOP) according to federal regulations for all sanitation activities
- Maintain GMP provisions and monitor team member practices that relate to cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control
