Description :
Responsible for daily payroll function, but not limited to the following :
- Review and approve field timecards DAILY
- Balance payroll using internal spreadsheet DAILY
- Transmit weekly payroll to corporate office (IL)
- Process employee reimbursements
- Accurately account for employee accrued paid time off and usage
- Work with the following software : ComputerEase, SharePoint, HCSS, Paylocity
- Assist HR Manager and with HR related duties including but not limited to :
- Sending new hires Paylocity link
- Onboarding process
- Drug and background checks
- Safety orientations
