Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for entering orders via an order entry program and maintaining the inventory program and dealership profile accounts. You will also establish professional relationships with prospects and customers and generate the forms management report and other weekly reports to sales representatives. You will resolve product shipping and billing problems and maintain complete customer files for sales.
This position is located at Reynolds and Reynolds' facility in Celina, OH. The shift for this position is 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.**

- Detail oriented and outgoing personality
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- PC knowledge and data entry experience
