Position: Project Manager – Architecture
Salary: $110,000–$112,000 per year
Location: Durango, Alamosa, or Pagosa Springs, Colorado

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Manage all aspects of multiple small-to-midsize projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring strategic and efficient execution.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for project success, focusing on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate administrative and technical efforts to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that schedules, budgets, and scopes of work meet client expectations.
  • Actively manage project communications, documentation, and office administrative tasks, including team assignments.

Architectural Design:

  • Lead the design process, ensuring a balance of creativity, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and natural materials to create harmonious, integrated environments.
  • Introduce innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes while maintaining adherence to codes and standards.

Financial Management:

  • Estimate project fees, determine scope of work, and prepare detailed proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor and manage client budgets, project costs, and financial goals to ensure profitability.

Team Leadership:

  • Coordinate and guide multidisciplinary project teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment to achieve team success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, including leadership of multiple small-to-midsize projects.
  • Licensed Architect preferred but not required.
  • Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
