Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Brand Manager on the Hefty business, you will develop marketing strategy and lead implementation, execute brand building activities, and launch new product line extensions for the Hefty Waste Bags product portfolio. Brand Managers work in a highly collaborative environment to drive consumer demand, continuously deepen consumer engagement, develop and launch advertising and marking plans, drive sustainability initiatives, and analyze performance data and consumer insights to drive strong business results for the Hefty brand.

- Manage the development and execution of annual marketing plans including marketing strategies, new product launches, advertising creative, media (print, digital, social, influencers, partnerships), consumer promotions, public relations, and more.
- Work cross-functionally to achieve business results with agency partners, Customer Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Finance, Consumer Promotions, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Category Management (sales presentations, media campaigns, etc.).
- Analyze key business trends and provide input on gaps and opportunities and present business updates to management and agency partners.
- Achieve business and brand objectives including volume, profit, and market share by distribution channel.
- Manage, evaluate, and optimize advertising and promotional spending.
- Manage and commercialize items from beginning to launch.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in brand marketing.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets/P&L.
- Experience with retailer scan data analysis programs (Nielsen, IRi/Circana).
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets/P&L
- Proficient project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
- Experience developing and launching new products.
- Experience in creative and media briefing and launching advertising campaigns.
- Proficient analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Icing on the cake:
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience with consumer research methodologies and new product development.
- Exposure to the CPG industry and retail distribution channels.

Posted Salary Range
USD $135,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /ABonus Eligibility
Role is eligible for 14% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.Salary : $135,000
