Responsibilities
The Maintenance Administrative Specialist supports the Maintenance Manager and department by executing administrative and data entry for the preventative and shift maintenance teams This critical role reports to the Maintenance Manager. You will have the opportunity to...• Review new work requests daily and assign work to maintenance department groups to serve as workflow assurance.• Develop work order packages that include necessary drawings, equipment instructions, procedures, material lists, tool and equipment list based on input from Maintenance Manager.• Utilize Maintenance Connection to create detailed plans and schedules that include appropriate activities and resource assignments.• Create list of parts and equipment necessary to support all identified preventative maintenance work.• Support warehouse management activities including parts receiving, staging and inventory.• Create and distribute maintenance plans using Maintenance Connection and RCP Maintenance management process to ensure electrical and mechanical equipment is serviced and maintained in accordance with vendor recommendations and procedures.• Maintain records for the preventive maintenance program, including equipment failure records and providing trend information to the Plant Management.• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- Four (4) years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of CMMS preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Knowledge Microsoft Office products.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated computer skills to include the ability to retrieve stored files, utilize email, look up parts, use excel, and aptitude to learn and use SAP and CMMS.
