Your Role:
As a Lead Maintenance Technician 12 hour nights, you will be responsible for leading shift maintenance technician in maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting all types of equipment repair, installation, rebuilding, and upgrading.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
- Repair mechanical failures from replacing bearings to pulling motors, drives and PLC’s
- Train new maintenance technicians and give them direction
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, & pneumatic systems

We need you to have:
- 2 or 4 year degree from a college or technical school or 5-8 years of related experience or training
- 5 years of experience with various Programmable Logic Control and Drive systems
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills
Icing on the cake:
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong electrical experience with control systems and circuit furnishing power
