Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of front-of-house procedures and policies. You will work closely with our management team to ensure seamless execution of our service standards and policy and procedures. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in service standards, policy and procedures, and guest service skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of front-of-house procedures and policies
- Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall guest experience
- Develop skills in service standards, policy and procedures, and guest service skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of our service standards and policy and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow
