A local CPA firm is seeking a seasonal full-time receptionist/administrative assistant for busy season (Jan 1- Apr 30). Very flexible.
Candidate will be expected to:
Greet clients
Answer phones, route calls, schedule appointments
Assist in processing tax returns - printing, binding and e-filing
Maintain office cleanliness, supplies and organization
Maintain filing system
Assist as needed where needed
Additional desired qualities include:
Excellent customer service skills
Able to multi-task
Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
Affinity for working with numbers, detail oriented & able to work independently
Summary
As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your core skills in computer literacy, office experience, and phone etiquette will be essential in managing multi-line phone systems and assisting clients. You will utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills to handle administrative tasks, including data entry and calendar management. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team, contributing to a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
