Job Description
Reynolds Restoration Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Emergency Services Manager to lead our King of Prussia team in executing emergency mitigation projects. This role is essential in coordinating rapid response efforts, managing a field crew, and ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of customer care. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge and understanding of the industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to remain composed and solution-driven in high-pressure situations. They will work closely with their field crew, overseeing water, fire, and mold response and mitigation efforts while ensuring seamless communication with clients and insurance partners.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Oversee emergency mitigation projects including water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification processes.
- Manage and supervise field staff and laborers on emergency job sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.
- Conduct and oversee mold remediation and fire restoration, including cleaning of soot, smoke damage, and odor control.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters explaining the extent of damage and scope of emergency work.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, updating them regularly on job progress and next steps in the claims process.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess damage and develop restoration plans.
- Assemble appropriate emergency response teams based on job needs.
- Ensure proper selection, deployment, and monitoring of restoration equipment.
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all services performed, including emergency forms, follow-ups, and closeout paperwork within project management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both the warehouse and job sites
- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper training, including ongoing education and certifications such as IICRC.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Restoration Services industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- IICRC certified in WTR, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate field teams, with strong delegation and communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient with DASH project management software.
- Familiarity with Xactimate and Symbility for estimating and Mitigate/Magic Plan mitigation software.
- Ability to communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and clients through phone, email, and web portals.
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle report.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and performing labor-intensive tasks, including work in confined, dirty, or hazardous environments.
- Willingness to work on-call on a rotational basis and respond to emergency calls after hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, including driving history, criminal record, and drug testing.
