What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at Reynoso Law Office?
Looking for a detail oriented Office Clerk who will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:
1) Scanning documents (including incoming mail) and inserting documents to appropriate files.
2) Send out correspondence to clients and/or insurance company representatives.
3) Answer phones.
4) Bilingual (Spanish) would be helpful
5) Comfortable with typing and using software (Word/Adobe, etc)
4) Other miscellaneous tasks
Ideal candidate is a reliable, punctual and focused person. This is an in-person position M-F 40 hrs per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
