Heavy Civil Superintendent – TXDOT Experience

Are you an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent with TXDOT experience?

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and oversee heavy civil construction projects, including highway, bridge, and roadway improvements
✅ Coordinate and supervise nightly closures, traffic control, and work zone safety
✅ Ensure all work complies with TXDOT specifications and safety standards
✅ Lead and direct field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
✅ Monitor progress, productivity, and quality to meet project deadlines
✅ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors for seamless execution

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Heavy Civil Superintendent in highway or roadway construction
✔ Strong knowledge of TXDOT regulations, standards, and processes
✔ Experience managing nightly lane closures and traffic control
✔ Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schedules
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to quality work

Salary : $70 - $125
