Reza Live Theatre in Branson, Missouri, is seeking a courteous and detail-oriented Theatre Usher to join our team. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, ensuring smooth seating arrangements, and maintaining a welcoming theatre environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work efficiently during performances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
- Ensure guests adhere to theatre policies and safety regulations.
- Provide directions to seating areas, restrooms, and concession stands.
- Assist in managing crowd flow before, during, and after performances.
- Monitor theatre entrances and exits for security and safety purposes.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about the show and venue.
- Help maintain cleanliness in seating areas and lobby.
- Collaborate with theatre staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for patrons.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest experiences.
