Role: Inside Sales Account Representative
We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to cultivate new customer relationships and support our external teams. In this role, you will work with the internal business development team and our external sales teams to close business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer accounts in an assigned sales region which includes developing strategic selling principles, encompassing funnel development, milestones, and closing.
- Responsible for meeting individual quotas established for the assigned market.
- Actively maintain and update the contact management database with customer and sales data information after every prospect/customer interaction.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Collect and evaluate customer feedback to uncover new product/service opportunities that RF Technologies could pursue and communicate these to product management.
Basic Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience in a sales role.
- Experience selling into healthcare facilities.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling and solution selling).
- Record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience with customer database (i.e., CRM solution).
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and/or willingness to be mentored on presentation delivery.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
