What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Residential Supervisor position at RFK Community Alliance?
Who we seek:
The Residential Supervisor is a position in which the individual has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift, but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule
- Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator
- Supervision of assigned direct care staff
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment
- Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field
- One year minimum residential experience
Shifts:
40 Hours, Day
