The Content Coordinator plays a vital role within RFK’s award-winning marketing and communications team, focusing on capturing, editing, and producing compelling, authentic, and on-brand content for RFK’s renowned digital platforms, as well as supporting various partner initiatives. Additionally, the coordinator will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to brainstorm and develop innovative social media concepts and cutting-edge platform campaigns.

What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with the communications team to generate engaging social content, with a focus on short-form videos (Reels) and occasional long-form content
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns for partners, aimed at building and maintaining best-in-class sponsorship activation platforms
- Understand client objectives, the strategies to achieve them, and the key data/metrics needed to demonstrate success
- Support the production of weekly content, including photos, race previews, highlight reels, and recap videos and other content deliverables
- Work with partner account managers to bring fresh, innovative ideas to traditional activation programs, offering best-practice partner solutions
- Assist with coordinating footage and licensing needs with NASCAR Productions & Licensing
- Support the communications team with special projects, including internal events (partner summits, company luncheons, holiday parties) and marketing award submissions (e.g., MarComm, Viddy, dotCOMM)
- Frequent travel required, including weekends and occasional holidays
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university/or equilivant techanal education
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite to include, but not limited to: Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in capturing and developing digital content and creative
- Personable attitude with ability to manage multiple relationships with team members, partner representatives, league staff and other industry personnel
- Strong time management, customer service and organizational skills
- Must work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual with collaborative communication style
- Ability to travel as needed to lead at-track program execution.
- High energy with ability to work long/flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
