The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at RFX is perfect for an individual who has had success recruiting and is ready to help our company continue to manage explosive growth. If you have recruited before, this is a great opportunity for you to come into a more senior role and jump up the career ladder. You will be recruiting for both of our offices (Houston and Tampa) as well as the other 10 companies under the R&R Family of Companies.
General Responsibilities
- Headhunting Experienced Logistics Professionals - identifying and approaching suitable candidates with experience
- Managing job postings to ensure accuracy and proper language to attract more candidates through our ATS
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and presenting the candidate to the hiring manager
- Briefing all candidates about the responsibilities of the role, the salary and benefits of the job in question and the culture of The Family of Companies
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates
- Management of internship programs
- Work closely with different employment companies and university career sites
- Using candidate databases to match the right person to the open roles we are looking to fill
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for logistics roles preferred
- Advanced knowledge of job portals (LinkedIn and Indeed) and/or ATS systems
- Ability to think quickly and make educated business decisions
- Highly motivated with the ability to aggressively pursue and close candidates
- Superior written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
- Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
