About Us
Roofix Technologies LLC is expanding our solar roofing division and looking for a Solar Case Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project execution by managing scheduling, labor coordination, material logistics, permitting, and customer communication for projects nationwide. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in high-volume construction, solar, roofing, pest control, alarms, or home improvement, we want you on our team! Please note that our home office is in Arlington, Texas, this position is a remote position for a Utah resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate labor, materials, and permits for nationwide projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and crews
- Manage project timelines to ensure on-time completion
- Work within multiple CRMs and technology platforms
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve logistics, scheduling conflicts, and jobsite challenges
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and partners
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume construction, solar, roofing, pest control, alarms, or related home improvement fields
- Proficiency in multiple technologies & CRMs
- High tenacity, problem-solving ability, and self-discipline
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work occasional weekends and later shifts to accommodate different time zones
