This position will be focused on processing hires, supporting hiring initiatives (including campus recruiting), and performing full life cycle recruiting on roles with strong pipelines of talent. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high volume recruiting in a fast-paced professional environment. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing excellent internal client service, enthusiastic about attracting the best talent to our great culture and driven by a continuous improvement mindset.
- Execute full-life-recruiting recruiting for jobs generally filled through temp-to-perm conversions, internal-only searches, and other established, traditional sourcing methods.
- Generate diverse candidate populations using various methods including job boards, membership organizations and activating social networks.
- Conduct interviews to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications, determine their distinctive qualities, and understand the job opportunity and RGA's employment value proposition..
- Proactively build candidate pipelines for critical and repeat talent needs.
- Support ad-hoc projects including sourcing, screening, diversity initiatives, campus recruiting program, and other items as needed..
- Live out RGA's global values and competencies.

Compensation Range :
65,050.00 - $92,400.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
