As a Principal Data Warehouse Developer with a focus on data integration, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow across various systems, enabling robust data analytics and business intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, architect integration solutions, and ensure data quality and consistency.
What you will do
- Leads technical design, development, testing, deployments and support of data warehouse products focusing on industry best practices and technology standards.
- Produces and extends data warehouse development patterns and deployment frameworks emphasizing quality, compliance, and efficiency through automation.
- Works closely with business and IT stakeholders to optimize information by defining business requirements and populating the data warehouse table structure.
- Produces and enforces standards, processes, and procedures for data warehousing products.
- Defines and implements mechanisms to monitor and ensures data accuracy and accessibility.
- Seeks continuous data warehouse performance improvement and ensures security of data.
- Creates and implements effective metrics and monitoring processes.
- Leads projects and develops detailed work plans.
- Coaches and mentors' colleagues with less experience.

Compensation Range :
120,375.00 - $179,365.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
