RGA in St. Louis MO seeks a Senior Data Warehouse Developer for designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and supporting data warehouses, including ETL, database, and scheduling technologies and processes. The individual applies a general understanding of the respective data warehouse source and target systems and leverage this general knowledge of business intelligence and big data technologies and processes to execute responsibilities. Specific duties of the Senior Data Warehouse Developer include the following : performing data warehouse design and testing, including data design, database architecture, metadata, and repository creation; recommending improvements and applying standards, processes, and procedures for data warehousing systems; creating and supporting the ETL process to extract the data from source systems and place it into the data warehouse; leading small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements; designing, developing, and maintaining relational databases for data storage and data mining; working with business and IT stakeholders to optimize reporting information by defining business requirements and populating the data warehouse table structure; creating data warehouse schematics and layouts and assisting with developing capacity planning; seeking continuous data warehouse performance improvement and ensuring security of data; creating and implementing effective metrics and monitoring processes; and serving as a resource and impacting the quality of work for colleagues with less experience.. 40 hours / week, $124,715. May work hybrid. BS Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Data Science, Database Management, or closely related. At least 48 months Data Warehouse experience; 48 months ETL, database, and / or scheduling experience. At least 12 months data analysis experience.

Compensation Range :
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
