Reporting to the Executive Director, Global TA Operations, in this vital role you will attract some of the most crucial talent required for RGA's ongoing success.
Within processes established by the Process Manager, Strategic Talent Sourcing, and in partnership with TA Leaders, TA Partners, and hiring leaders, you will drive to understand our talent needs and employment value proposition, and then attract passive, high-impact talent across the region. Success in this role will include producing a steady stream of talent that fills senior level positions, executing methodical sourcing strategies that provide robust and diverse talent slates, and developing our talent communities.
- Formulate and execute talent sourcing methodologies which consistently fill high skill positions, optimizing quality, diversity, and speed
- Fully utilize internal and external sourcing tools to attract passive talent for current open positions while expanding our primary talent communities
- Drive methodical sourcing efforts, providing hiring managers comprehensive, diverse candidate slates
- Advise hiring leaders on the talent landscape, the tradeoffs between available candidates, and the decision-drivers that help attract desired talent
- Reduce costs by building credibility with hiring leaders, influencing them away from reliance on high-cost agency partnerships
- Be an expert system user (CRM, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.), following standard processes, and updating candidate data in real-time
- Provide smooth handoffs to Talent Acquisition Partners who manage the interview and offer phases of the recruiting process
- Perform ad-hoc SME coaching for other TA team members, as needed

Compensation Range :
84,860.00 - $128,110.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
