A Day in the Life of the Hotel
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for helping the General Manager oversee the maintenance and daily operations of our hotel. You will have many opportunities to put your skills into practice. Ensuring that our wonderful guests have the greatest experience possible is our focus, and you will help in our efforts to give a happy, healthy, and hospitable atmosphere for both our guests and our team.
As a Maintenance Engineer, many members of our staff will turn to you for information and knowledge to further perfect their abilities and skills; this is a great opportunity for you to not only demonstrate and communicate policies and procedures but also to inspire and motivate.
You will help the hotel plan and execute for all maintenance projects and activities for the property, and use both your knowledge to make budgeting and forecasting decisions. Your proactivity and promptness will be beneficial in this area and will help our hotel reach its full potential and vision that we have.
You will come to know the great people that make up our staff and will meet with them regularly to set goals to help the integrity of our hotel. With your welcoming and reassuring personality, you will demonstrate poise and confidence when interacting with the happiest to the challenging of guest and of the hotel.
