What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at RGBSI?
Job Description:
- This position is for an experienced contracts professional who can work independently.
- Review and manage critical military spares POs to support high volume of activity from military customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for PO review, order hold clearance, and submittal of data to the government WAWF site for delivery processing.
- Communicate with the customer on status of PO modifications which may include updating customer portals, supporting customer meetings, and follow-up activity.
- Additional work scope includes but is not limited to, daily customer inquiries working across the value stream, seeking approval and validation from internal functions on under lead time orders, schedule misalignments, delivery schedules and expedite requests.
- Providing status on commitments / recovery schedules / metrics and data to external customers.
- Assisting with clearing holds at delivery level (shipping, packaging, order holds, ITC, credit holds, portal issues, etc.) and providing packing slips, CoCs, and other system generated documents to the customer.
Requirements:
- Experience working with SAP on sales order review and delivery/shipping related processing is a plus.
- Lastly, this position requires the ability to support internal reporting as well as helping to implement process improvements.
