Job Location: One Henkel Way, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 Position Type: 12 months with possible extension Pay Rate $45/hr with benefits

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills In-depth understanding of and experience with Agile software development methodology Highly organized with ability to stay on top of multiple projects, teams and deliverables Experience with Azure DevOps preferred Responsibilities: Manage product backlog by creating well defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria Implement actionable metrics (i.e. usage of specific features) to drive better business decisions Coordinate usability testing to understand user experience, uncover design problems, and discover opportunities for improvement Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure goals are well established Support development of product vision for innovation ecosystem
