Job Location: One Henkel Way, Rocky Hill, CT 06067
Position Type: 12 months with possible extension
Pay Rate $50/hr with benefits

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of and experience with Agile software development methodology
- Highly organized with ability to stay on top of multiple projects, teams and deliverables
- Experience with Azure DevOps preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage product backlog by creating well defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Implement actionable metrics (i.e. usage of specific features) to drive better business decisions
- Coordinate usability testing to understand user experience, uncover design problems, and discover opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure goals are well established
- Support development of product vision for innovation ecosystem
