About the Job: As a Design Coordinator at RGBSI, you will play a vital role in facilitating the success of our projects. You will be responsible for coordinating between Project Engineering Teams in the USA and our offshore delivery team.
Responsibilities:
- Project Facilitation: Work closely with Project Engineering Teams in the USA to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration with our offshore delivery team.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure that the offshore team has access to the necessary resources and tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Effective Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the onsite team and offshore team, promoting clear and effective communication.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of work performed by the team, obtain feedback from Project Engineering teams in the USA, and ensure that the offshore team adheres to all quality standards.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy material handling systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor Cad tool & Vault PDM, experience in Weldment design, GD&T & electrical routing, good knowledge in Design calculations & FEA (fundamentals).
