Job Location: 200 Elm Street, Stamford, CT 06901 Or Rocky Hill CT Position Type: 6 Months contract with possible extension Pay rate $35/hr with benefits Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite * This is a marketing paralegal position. * Experience reviewing marketing collateral for a CPG or similar goods/services company * Extensive knowledge of FTC guidelines on false and deceptive advertising * Experience reviewing consumer facing advertising content (e.g. online ads, influencer content, print ads, etc. Qualifications: Temporary Marketing/Advertising Paralegal * Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required; * At least five (5) years related law firm or in-house experience in Marketing and Advertising law; * Should Have marketing collateral review experience. * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and a willingness to learn other systems, including Henkel’s contract management and collateral review software systems; and * Proven organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands and frequent changes, delays or unexpected events; * Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills; * Strong problem solving and prioritization skills Responsibilities: General * Work with supervisor to support Henkel’s Beauty Retail operations as requested;
