Job Location: 1 Henkel Way Rocky Hill CT 06067
Position Type: 6 Months contract with possible extension Pay rate $35/hr with benefits Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite Qualifications: Temporary Marketing/Advertising Paralegal Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required; At least five (5) years related law firm or in-house experience in Marketing and Advertising law; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and a willingness to learn other systems, including Henkel’s contract management and collateral review software systems; and Proven organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands and frequent changes, delays or unexpected events; Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills; Strong problem solving and prioritization skills Responsibilities: General Work with supervisor to support Henkel’s Beauty Retail operations as requested; Review various agreements for all Beauty Retail brands, as requested; Provide administrative and database support for Beauty Retail functions. Marketing and Advertising Review marketing and advertising assets (e.g. product labels) and advertising media (e.g. print ads, sell sheets) as well as social media content; Coordinate with R&D and Regulatory functions to ensure adequate testing protocols and proper substantiation for all claims on product labels and marketing collateral; Work with Marketing personnel to ensure all deadlines for review are met;
