Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and a passion for transforming spaces. The Remodeler will work on residential and commercial properties, collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.
Duties
- Execute remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform concrete finishing and forming for foundations, patios, and walkways.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Carry out trim carpentry tasks, including installing moldings, cabinets, and custom woodwork.
- Build structures such as decks, fences, and other outdoor features.
- Install roofing systems with precision and care.
- Weld metal components as needed for structural support or decorative elements.
- Handle electrical installations or repairs as required for remodeling projects.
- Design and implement hardscape features like patios, retaining walls, and pathways.
- Execute construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of remodeled spaces.
Experience
Candidates should possess a solid background in remodeling or related fields. Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Concrete finishing and forming
- Construction inspection practices
- Trim carpentry techniques
- General building skills including roofing and welding
- Electrical work related to remodeling
- Hardscape design and installation
- Construction painting methods
