Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our pool service technicians on various projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. You will work closely with a professional pool service technician, assisting with maintenance tasks.
Cleaning & maintenance
- Brushing and vacuuming the pool floor and walls.
- Scrubbing pool tiles and surfaces.
- maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Be prepared to work outside in the elements.
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain compliance during all work activities.
- Be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Assisting with water testing and chemical balancing.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions promptly.
Skills
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
